Zavodskoye (, ) is a rural settlement in Nesterovsky District of Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia. It is located in the region of Lithuania Minor.
According to the 2021 census, the village had a population of 21, 76.2% Russian and 23.8% Lithuanian.
