Mifomelatide (; developmental code name TCMCB07) is a melanocortin MC3 and MC4 receptor antagonist which is under development for the treatment of cachexia. It is a synthetic cyclic peptide and is taken by subcutaneous injection. Mifomelatide crosses the blood–brain barrier. The drug is being developed by Endevica Bio. As of February 2025, it is in phase 2 clinical trials.
