Chifeng Prison () a.k.a. Chifeng Fourth Prison () is located in the Songshan District of Chifeng , Inner Mongolia, China. The total area is 164,335 m² (1,769,001 sq ft), including facilities for inmates, police officers, armed police, and other auxiliary buildings. The access control system uses dual iris image recognition technology.
History.
Chifeng Prison was established in August 1951. It was formerly known as the Second Prison of Rehe and was renamed Chifeng Prison in 1995.

The prison conditions are described as excessively poor, marked by ill-treatment and pervasive human rights violations. The detainees subjected to forced labor and torture in Chifeng Prison.
