This is a list chronicling the history of professional wrestling at Universal Studios Florida. Since 1992, the soundstages of Universal Studios Florida have been used by many professional wrestling promotions for various television tapings and pay-per-view events. Early years. From 1991 to 1993, Eddy Mansfield's International Wrestling Federation (IWF) would tape its weekly syndicated show in the now-demolished Soundstage 23. Herb Abrams' Universal Wrestling Federation (UWF) would tape 3 episodes of "Fury Hour" in the concourse of the park outside the soundstages on April 7, 1991. From 1996 to 1998, World Championship Wrestling (WCW) taped their weekly syndicated shows "WCW Pro", "WCW WorldWide", and "WCW Main Event" inside Soundstage 21. The X Wrestling Federation (XWF) would also hold tapings for a cancelled weekly television program at Soundstage 21 on November 13, 2001 and November 14, 2001. Impact Zone. Beginning in 2004, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling held tapings and live broadcasts of its weekly programs "Impact" and "Xplosion" in Soundstage 21 along with several pay-per-view events including their first monthly pay-per-view, "Victory Road 2004", on November 7, 2004, several "One Night Only" pay-per-view tapings, along with their earliest monthly pay-per-view events until, beginning with "Bound for Glory 2006" were held at various venues outside the studios. During its run at the soundstages, TNA would refer to the soundstages as the Impact Zone. In March 2013, TNA would end their lease with Universal Studios and briefly taped Impact at various venues. TNA would return to Universal Studios Soundstage 19 for various tapings and live broadcasts beginning on November 21, 2013. TNA would also occasionally tape programming at other venues around the world. In April 2018, TNA, known as Impact Wrestling at the time, ended their residency at the soundstages with their final tapings of "Impact" and "Xplosion" at the venue along with the "Redemption" pay-per-view. The bleachers used in the tapings would later be sold on eBay in August 2018. All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor. All Elite Wrestling (AEW) would use Soundstage 19 for tapings of its weekly YouTube show "Dark" beginning in 2021. The show's tapings in the studios would be scheduled on a once a month basis with some exceptions when "Dark" was taped after a preceding "Rampage" episode or a pay-per-view. In 2023, "Dark" was cancelled and AEW's sister promotion Ring of Honor's (ROH) weekly program was paired with its second live weekly show "Collision" after 9 episodes were taped in Soundstage 19, marking the final time professional wrestling was taped at the studios.
