The 2025–26 season is the 140th season in the history of Luton Town Football Club and their first season back in League One since the 2018–19 season following relegation from the Championship in the previous season. In addition to the domestic league, the club also participates in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the EFL Trophy.

Pre-season and friendlies.
On 13 June, Luton Town announced three pre-season friendlies, against Tottenham Hotspur, Boreham Wood and Gillingham. Four days later, a trip to Southend United was confirmed. A training camp in Slovenia along with a friendly against Triglav Kranj was also added.
