The 2025 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference will be the 21st conference of the Premier Volleyball League, its 12th conference as a professional league, and the first conference of the 2025 season. The sixth Reinforced Conference will feature twelve teams with one foreign guest player allowed on each team.<section end="2025 PVL RC" />
The tournament will be held sometime after September 2025, after the conduct of the pre-season PVL on Tour and the 2025 FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship.
Draft.
The second PVL Rookie Draft will be conducted before the start of the conference. The application for the Rookie Draft is scheduled to end on May 23, 2025, and the draft event will be held on June 8, 2025.
