Sharran Srivatsaa is an American entrepreneur, investor, and public speaker based in Orange County, California. He is best known as the former president of Teles Properties, a Southern California-based real estate brokerage that was acquired by Douglas Elliman in 2017. Srivatsaa currently serves as the president of Real Brokerage, a publicly traded real estate firm based in New York. He is the founder of Kingston Lane, a real estate technology platform, and the principal of Srilo Capital, a private investment firm.
Early life and education.
Srivatsaa was born in India and relocated to the United States after earning an academic scholarship to Luther College in Iowa. He earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from Luther College in Iowa in 2001 and his MBA with honors from Vanderbilt University. 
Career.
Following his graduation, Srivatsaa worked in the investment banking and technology sectors, holding investment advisory and corporate strategy positions at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse.
In 2011, Srivatsaa joined Teles Properties, a boutique luxury real estate firm based in Beverly Hills, California where he served as President. During his five year tenure as the president of Teles Properties, the firm's value grew from increased from $300 million to more than $3 billion before selling it to the Douglas Elliman real estate brokerage company in 2017. In 2018, following the acquisition, Srivatsaa co-founded Kingston Lane, a real estate software company serving agents and brokers.
In December 2022, Srivatsaa was appointed president of Real Brokerage, a publicly traded real estate firm based in New York and established in 2014. In 2025, Real Brokerage reported a 400% increase in its agent count, with 10,000 new agents added in 2024. In March 2025, Real announced that Srivatsaa would transition from his role as president to join the company's board of directors, effective June 1, 2025.
Srivatsaa currently serves as the CEO of Srilo Ventures, a private investment firm that invests in and advises technology companies and consumer focused operating businesses.

Sharran is the host of the "5 AM Club", which he started after a mentor suggested using mornings for personal projects. He initially invited three friends to join a 5 a.m. conference call where he shared uplifting messages for five minutes. As those friends began inviting others, the group grew, and eventually, 10,000 daily members were dialing in to the 5 AM Club daily. He also hosts the "Business School" podcast, where he shares strategies on business growth, brand building, and personal development.
