Vladimir Viktorovich Verner ( born July 24, 1950, Kormilovka, Omsk Oblast, RSFSR) is a Soviet and Russian sports official, coach, educator, Honored Coach of Russia Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation, and professor. He graduated from School No.1 and then from the Omsk State Institute of Physical Culture.
