Naeema Ibrahim Gharib Juma (; born 30 December 1999) is an Emirati professional footballer who plays as a striker for UAE Women's Football League club Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates national team.

On 7 January 2019, Naeema scored her first competitive goal against Jordan, opening the score in the 31st minute.
