The 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup group stage was played in two groups of five teams for a total of 20 matches. The top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage.

West Indies and South Africa managed to secure the last two places in the knockout stage by having higher net run rates in the Group B. Australia and South Africa advanced to semi-final 1, while New Zealand and West Indies advanced to semi-final 2.
