Plot.
Samantha "Sari" Gonzales is a successful and independent event planner in Manila known for her meticulous work and "no strings attached" personal life. Sari is fiercely independent due to her complicated upbringing with a free-spirited artist mother, Georgia, and her colorful family, including a struggling musician brother, Rocco, and a practical, slightly envious sister, Abby.
Sari, an event planner, is tasked with organizing a corporate event for a wealthy businessman but encounters conflict with Jolo, the lead architect, during a site visit for the event. Sari, who avoids serious relationships, finds herself drawn to Jolo, who is charming and appears to want something serious, leading to witty banter and undeniable attraction despite her attempts at professionalism.
Sari's mother, Georgia, is in financial difficulty, compelling Sari to address her long-held resentment stemming from Georgia's past choices and their negative impact on Sari's upbringing.
