Blues sur Seine is a French festival of blues and African-American music organized every year in November in the Yvelines department (Île-de-France). The Blues sur Seine festival has existed since 1999 and is held annually in November in around thirty partner municipalities in the Mantois and Val de Seine regions. Over 16 days, nearly 150 events are held in around a hundred partner locations, including nearly 70 educational and social events. In 2008, Blues sur Seine was recognized by the Blues Foundation with a Keeping the Blues Alive Award in the international category for its work towards the blues in France. Since 2016, Blues sur Seine has been offering Tracteur Blues, a rural, family-oriented, musical festival that takes place in the spring, also in Yvelines.
