The 2025 Cal Poly Mustangs football team will represent California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo as a member of the Big Sky Conference during the 2025 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Mustangs will be coached by third-year head coach Paul Wulff and play at the Alex G. Spanos Stadium in San Luis Obispo, California.
