Josephine Namakumbi is a Ugandan journalist, news anchor and reporter. She reports on current affairs with NBS television. She is the deputy president of Adventist Media Association.

Controversy.
Namakumbi was involved in a court case against the government of Uganda after she was assaulted by military police while covering a petition by Bobi wine to United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). She and other journalists won the case and were compensated with seventy five million Ugandan shillings.
Personal life.
Namakumbi is married to Motoy Asaph Musan, and has one child.
