The 2025 Myanmar National League Cup (also known as the 2025 MNL League Cup) is the 11th edition of Myanmar's premier knockout football competition. The tournament marks a significant change, as it is the second time the competition is held under its new name, previously known as the General Aung San Shield. The tournament features clubs from both the Myanmar National League (MNL-1) and MNL-2, and will follow a revised format with group stages before progressing to the knockout rounds. Matches will be held at several venues, including Thuwunna Stadium, University Stadium, Y.U.S.C stadium & Padonmar Stadium in Yangon, from April 29 to July 6, 2025.

Shan United defeated Dagon Port against 7–1 and advanced to next stage. Young Boys lost Thitsar Arman and they are eliminated from Group Stage. Thitsar Arman & Dagon Port still have a chance to advance to quarter final. And also, Young Boys United, Silver Stars and Glory Goals clubs are eliminated from the Gorup stage. In Group B, Yangon United defeated Ayeyarwady United against 1–0. Yangon Royals drew with Mahar United after conceding a late penalty shootout.
