The Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference () is the advisory body and a local organization of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Shanghai, China. It is supervised and directed by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.

The Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference traces its origins to the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress Consultative Committee (), founded in 1949.

On 12 July 2023, Dong Yunhu was put under investigation for alleged "serious violations of discipline and laws" by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), the party's internal disciplinary body, and the National Supervisory Commission, the highest anti-corruption agency of China. On 28 August 2024, he was sentenced to life imprisonment for taking bribes worth 148 million yuan.
