Career.
Jensen is a professor at the American University School of International Service, where he teaches courses on military strategy, defense policy, and security studies. Jensen has also held various research roles leading think tanks, including at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Atlantic Council.
Outside of academia, Jensen has advised the U.S. government on defense and security matters.
