Huang Shih-chieh (; born January 5, 1979) is a Taiwanese lawyer and politician who has served as Deputy Minister of Justice since 2024. He previously served as a Member of the Legislative Yuan from 2020 to 2024. Early life and education. Huang was born in Taipei on January 5, 1979, to a family of farmers from Xinwu District, Taoyuan. Huang graduated first in his class from Taipei Municipal Chien Kuo High School and was admitted to National Taiwan University (NTU). He graduated from NTU as valedictorian with a double Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a bachelor's degree in sociology. He then obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the university and completed graduate studies in the United States at Columbia University, where he earned a second LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
