History.
The old Ballito Library was originally located in library lane, The new library building was designed in the shape of a shell, by the architect Duncan McLagan in 1990. This library has aspirations to meet the growing educational and informational needs of all members of the Ballito community. 
Offerings.
The current library offers internet access, computers and copying machine resources. They also have cyber cadets, that with computers and research skills.
